WBSSC Vacancy: There is good news for those who want to work in government schools. West Bengal School Service Commission (WBSSC) has issued a notification of 8,477 vacancies for the posts of the non-teaching category. For this, the online application has to be done by visiting the WBSSC website westbengalssc.com.

Online application for this recruitment will start on 16 September 2025, and the last date is 31 October.

According to the notification, WBSSC has released 2989 recruitments for Group C (Clerk) posts and 5488 recruitments for Group D category posts. West Bengal School Service Commission (WBSSC) will release the detailed notification of recruitment soon.

Educational Qualification

For the post of clerk, one must have passed high school. Whereas for the Group D post, one must have passed the eighth.

Age Limit

The age limit for Group C, i.e. Clerk and Group D posts is 18 to 40 years. As per the rules, reserved category candidates will get relaxation in the maximum age limit.
