Official notification has been issued by the West Bengal Health Recruitment Board for the recruitment of Staff Nurse Grade-II. Candidates who want to work in the posts of Staff Nurse will be able to apply for these posts soon. Let us tell you, recruitment has come out for a total of 2582 posts of Staff Nurse. The application process for these posts will start from 13 August, 10 am. Also, the last date to apply for these posts has been fixed as 03 September 2025. Interested and eligible candidates will be able to apply soon by checking the eligibility criteria and paying the prescribed fee by visiting the official website of the board www.hrb.wb.gov.in.

How much salary will be given

Candidates selected for the posts of Staff Nurse Grade-II will be given Rs 39,500 to Rs 29,800 per month.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the posts of Staff Nurse, candidates must have passed B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institute in India. Apart from this, the candidates must have registered themselves as Female Nurse Midwifery in West Bengal Nursing Counseling. Also, the candidates should know the Bengali or Nepali languages.

The age of the candidates should be between 18 and 39 years to apply. Apart from this, age relaxation will be provided to the candidates of the special category. SC and ST candidates will be given 5 5-year relaxation in the age limit, and OBC candidates will be given 3 3-year relaxation in the age limit.

To apply, candidates have to pay Rs 210 online as an application fee.

The candidates will be selected in three stages. Candidates will be evaluated for academic performance on the basis of 75 marks, experience will be evaluated on the basis of 10 marks and interview will be evaluated on the basis of 15 marks.
