Railway Recruitment 2025: Candidates have a golden opportunity to work in railways. SECR has released recruitment for 1007 apprentice posts. The last date of application is 4 May.
If you are dreaming of making a career in railways, then a golden opportunity has come for you. South East Central Railway (SECR), RRC Nagpur Division had issued a notification for recruitment to bumper posts of apprentice, for which candidates can check by visiting the official site.
Candidates applying for the recruitment will have to apply by visiting the official site apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting till 4 May 2025. After the last date of application for this recruitment is over, candidates will not get a chance to apply.

Under this recruitment, apprentice recruitment has been released by SECR for a total of 1007 posts. Out of these, 919 posts are reserved for the Nagpur Division and 88 posts for Workshop Moti Bagh.
What is the required qualification?
Only those candidates can apply in this recruitment who have passed 10th (with 50% marks) from a recognized board. Along with this, an ITI certificate is also required in the relevant trade.
Age limit
According to the notification, minimum 15 years and maximum of 24 years (as on 5 April 2025). Reserved category candidates applying will get relaxation as per the government rules. SC/ST candidates will be given 5 years relaxation, OBC 3 years and PWD candidates 10 years relaxation.
This much application fee will have to be paid
Candidates applying for recruitment will have to pay the application fee. General/OBC/EWS candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 100. Whereas SC/ST/PWD candidates will not have to pay any fee.
How much is the stipend
- 2 year ITI course: Rs 8050 per month
- 1 year ITI course: Rs 7700 per month

- Now pay the application fee and submit the form.
