The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has launched a recruitment drive for several key positions, including Medical Officers, Lecturers, and Legal Advisors. The application process is currently underway, but interested candidates do not have much time left, as the deadline for application is October 2, 2025.

The age limit for this recruitment process is restricting the number of candidates eligible. The maximum age is 50 years. SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates will receive age relaxation as per government regulations. Therefore, even older candidates can apply.

Minimum marks have also been set for different categories in the recruitment process. General and EWS candidates must score at least 50 marks for selection, OBC candidates 45 marks, and SC, ST, and PwBD candidates 40 marks. This arrangement clearly demonstrates the Commission's efforts to ensure opportunities for candidates from all categories.

Candidates in this recruitment process will be selected based on a written examination, interview, and document verification. Successful candidates in the written examination will be called for an interview, and the final list will be released after document verification.

The application fee is very low. General, OBC, and EWS candidates will have to pay only ₹25. Female candidates, SC, ST, and PwBD candidates will not have to pay any fee.
