Which positions are available under the AAI apprentice recruitment?
Applications have been invited for the posts of Graduate Apprentice, Diploma Apprentice, and Trade Apprentice. Candidates with varying educational qualifications can apply based on their eligibility. This recruitment drive offers a great opportunity for young individuals wishing to kickstart their careers with a government organization.
Age Limit
The minimum age for applicants is set at 18 years, and the maximum age at 27 years. However, candidates belonging to reserved categories will receive age relaxation benefits in accordance with Central Government rules.
Qualifications
Specific educational qualifications have been prescribed for the different apprentice positions at the Airports Authority of India. For the Graduate Apprentice post, a four-year full-time engineering degree in the relevant discipline is mandatory. For the Diploma Apprentice post, a three-year diploma in the relevant trade is required, while for the Trade Apprentice post, an ITI or NCVT-recognized certificate in the relevant trade is necessary.
Stipend
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend ranging from ₹9,000 to ₹15,000 during the apprenticeship. The stipend amount will be determined based on the candidate's position and the apprenticeship category.
Selection Process
Candidates will not be required to take any written examination for this recruitment. Selection will be based entirely on a merit list prepared according to the marks obtained in their educational qualifications. Candidates selected on the merit list will be called for document verification. Final selection will be made after all documents are verified and found to be in order.
How to apply?
For Graduate and Diploma Apprenticeships, candidates must first register on the NATS portal. Afterward, log in, fill out the application form, upload the necessary documents, and submit the form. Meanwhile, for Trade Apprenticeships, candidates are required to register on the Apprenticeship India portal. Once the application process is complete, keep a printout for future reference.
