Number of Vacancies

Under this recruitment campaign, a total of 201 Hospital Manager positions will be filled. These vacancies have been categorized into various groups: 81 posts for the General category, 20 for EWS, 52 for ST, 20 for SC, 16 for BC-I, and 12 for BC-II. Candidate selection for these positions will be conducted in accordance with the government’s reservation policies.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Hospital Manager position, candidates must possess a degree related to Health Management or Hospital Administration. Specifically, candidates should hold qualifications such as a PG Diploma in Hospital Management or Healthcare Management, an MBA in Hospital Administration, or a Master of Public Health (MPH). Additionally, preference will be given to candidates with prior work experience in hospital management or the healthcare sector.

Candidates applying for this position must possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in the field of hospital administration or public health. Furthermore, a basic understanding of hospital management systems, reporting procedures, and computer systems is considered essential to ensure the efficient execution of administrative tasks within hospitals.

Age Limit

For this recruitment drive, the maximum age limit for candidates belonging to the General and EWS categories has been set at 40 years. For candidates belonging to the OBC category, the age limit is 42 years; whereas for women in the unreserved category, it is set at 43 years, and for candidates from the SC/ST categories, the maximum age limit is fixed at 45 years. Candidates from reserved categories will also be granted age relaxation in accordance with government regulations.

What is the Salary?

Candidates selected under this recruitment drive will receive a monthly honorarium of approximately ₹41,000. Since this position falls under the National Health Mission, it will be on a contractual basis.
