**Which Posts Are Open for Recruitment?**
Through this recruitment process, several pivotal positions across various departments of the Uttar Pradesh government will be filled. These include posts such as Assistant Treasury Accountant, Auditor, Amin, Executive Officer, Clerk, Assistant Consolidation Officer, Assistant Manager, Center In-charge, District Assistant Immunization Officer, and Market Supervisor. The highest number of vacancies has been announced for the positions of Assistant Treasury Accountant and Auditor. There are a total of 548 vacancies for the post of Assistant Treasury Accountant, while 419 vacancies have been allocated for the post of Auditor. Additionally, recruitment will be conducted for 323 posts of Amin and Auctioneer, 238 posts of Executive Officer, and 229 posts within the Clerical category.
**Seats Allocated by Category**
The Commission has given due consideration to the reservation system in this recruitment process. Out of a total of 2,285 posts, 1,030 seats have been reserved for the Unreserved category. Specifically, 421 seats have been allocated for the Scheduled Castes (SC) category, 49 seats for the Scheduled Tribes (ST) category, 563 seats for the Other Backward Classes (OBC) category, and 222 seats for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
**Only PET-2025 Qualifiers May Apply**
The Commission has clarified that this recruitment drive is open exclusively to candidates who have successfully passed the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET-2025). Candidates who secured very low marks or zero marks in the PET will not be shortlisted for the main examination. The results of certain candidates are currently under scrutiny. Such candidates have been permitted to apply on a provisional basis for the time being; however, their final selection will be contingent upon the Commission's decision.
