UPSSSC Exam Dates: The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has announced the schedule for three major recruitment examinations. The UPSSSC has announced the dates for the Forest Guard and Wildlife Guard Main Examination, the Cartographer and Mapper Recruitment Examination, and the Stenographer Recruitment Examination. According to the Commission, these examinations will be held in November.

The Forest Guard and Wildlife Guard Main Written Examination will be held on November 9th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The examination for the Cartographer and Mapper positions will be held on November 23rd from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The Stenographer Recruitment Examination will be conducted on the same day from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Recruitment for 709 Forest Guard and Wildlife Guard Posts
A total of 709 posts will be filled under the Forest Guard and Wildlife Guard Recruitment. Of these, 693 posts are reserved for Forest Guard and 16 for Wildlife Guard. Applications for these posts were invited in 2023.
Of the Forest Guard vacancies, 333 posts are reserved for General Category candidates, 189 for Scheduled Castes, 5 for Scheduled Tribes, 97 for Other Backward Classes, and 69 for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates.
Of the Wildlife Guard posts, 8 posts are reserved for General Category candidates, 3 for Scheduled Castes, 4 for OBCs, and 1 for EWS candidates. Candidates who pass the written examination will be called for a Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
Pay Scale
Candidates selected for these positions will be offered a pay scale ranging from ₹5,200 to ₹20,200, with a grade pay of ₹1,900/-, at Level 2.
Physical Standards
Height (Male): Minimum 168 cm. Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates will receive an 8 cm relaxation in height.
Chest (Male): 84 cm is mandatory, with a 5 cm expansion required. SC/ST candidates will receive a 2 cm relaxation.
Height (Female): Minimum 152 cm. Women from SC/ST categories will receive a 5 cm relaxation.
Physical Test
Male candidates will be required to complete a 25 km run carrying a 10 kg weight within a 4-hour time limit.
Female candidates will be required to run 14 km in 4 hours.
