UPSC Recruitment 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the notification of new recruitment. UPSC has invited applications from eligible candidates to fill the posts of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. For this recruitment, the minimum age of the candidate should be 21 years and the maximum age should be 30 years. UPSC Recruitment 2024: Required Qualification and Age
Candidates must have an engineering degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics and Telecommunication from a recognized institute or university. The age of the candidate should be a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 30 years as of 1 January 2025. The candidate should not have been born before 2 January 1995 and after 1 January 2004.
UPSC Recruitment 2024: Application Fee
General category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 200 for UPSC Recruitment 2024, while women, SC, ST, and Divyang category candidates will be exempted from paying the application fee. Candidates have to pay the application fee by depositing money in any branch of the State Bank of India or by using Visa/Master Card/Credit/Debit Card/UPI payment or Internet Banking of any bank.
UPSC Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
The selection of the candidate includes various stages. The first stage will be the preliminary examination, the second stage will be the main examination and the third stage will be the interview or personality test. Candidates should be informed that there will be negative markings for wrong answers in the objective-type question papers. UPSC ESE 2025 exam will be held on 9 February 2025 next year.
