UPSC Jobs 2025: Recruitment has been announced for bumper posts by the Union Public Service Commission. Which candidates can apply by visiting the official website.
A golden opportunity has come up for the youth preparing for government jobs. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the official notification for recruitment to a total of 462 posts including Assistant Director, Deputy Superintendent Horticulturist, Deputy Architect, Company Prosecutor, Medical Physicist, Deputy Director, Scientist, Professor.

Which posts will be recruited?
Assistant Director
Deputy Superintendent Horticulturist
Deputy Architect
Company Prosecutor
Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor
Deputy Central Intelligence Officer (Technical)
Medical Physicist
Scientist 'B' (Geology)
Junior Mining Geologist
Deputy Assistant Director (Non Medical) and other technical and professional posts
Educational Qualification and Age Limit
Candidates applying for these posts should have graduation, post graduation, MBBS or equivalent degree in the relevant field. Different qualifications have been fixed for different posts.
Age limit is fixed differently according to the post. Age relaxation will be given as per rules for reserved categories. SC/ST candidates will get 5 years relaxation. While OBC candidates will get 3 years relaxation and Divyang candidates will get additional relaxation.
This much application fee will have to be paid
General and OBC category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 25. At the same time, female candidates, SC/ST and Divyang category candidates will not have to pay any fee.
Selection Process
Written test – which will have a weightage of 75%
Interview – which will have a weightage of 25%
Candidates who qualify the written test will be called for interview. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of combined performance of the exam and interview.
