Race: Men must complete the 100-meter race in 16 seconds. The 800-meter race must be completed in 3 minutes and 45 seconds. A long jump of 3.5 meters and a shot put throw of 7.26 kg to a distance of 4.5 meters. Women must run the 100-meter race in 18 seconds, the 800-meter race in 4 minutes 45 seconds, and a 3-meter long jump.

The selection process includes a written exam, physical efficiency test, interview, document verification, and a medical test.
