Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued a notification for the Central Armed Police Force (Assistant Commandant) Examination 2024 and the application process has started today i.e. 24th April. As per notification
Eligibility and Criteria
To participate in this recruitment, the candidate must have obtained a bachelor's degree from a recognized university/institute. Along with this, the minimum age of the candidate should not be less than 20 years and the maximum age should not be more than 25 years. Candidates coming from reserved categories will be given relaxation as per the rules. Age will be calculated keeping in mind the date of 1st August 2024.

Recruitment details
This year, this recruitment has been done by UPSC to fill a total of 506 vacant posts. Out of this, recruitment will be done on 186 posts of BSF, 120 of CRPF, 100 of CISF, 58 of ITBP, and 42 of SSB.
