UPESSC Assistant Professor 2025 Exam Dates Announced: The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has declared the dates for the Assistant Professor re-examination. According to the issued notice, the Assistant Professor Selection Re-examination will be conducted in two shifts on April 18 and 19, 2026. Notified under Advertisement No. 51, this recruitment examination will be held at 53 examination centers across various cities in the state, including Agra, Meerut, Lucknow, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, and Varanasi.

**Examination to be Held in Two Shifts**
According to the Commission, the examination will be conducted in two shifts on both days. The first shift will run from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and the second shift will run from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Examinations for different subjects have been scheduled for different shifts.

**Schedule for April 18**
On April 18, the first shift will feature examinations for the subjects of Asian Culture, Music (Tabla), Physical Education, Urdu, English, Sociology, Chemistry, Education, and Zoology.

The second shift will comprise papers for Botany, Agricultural Economics, Hindi, Law, Animal Husbandry, Music (Vocal), Philosophy, and Anthropology.

**Schedule for April 19**
On April 19, the first shift will host examinations for Horticulture, Military Science, Drawing, Home Science, Sanskrit, History, Mathematics, and Geography.

The second shift will include papers for Statistics, Psychology, Economics, Political Science, Ancient History, Commerce, Music (Sitar/Instrumental), and Physics.

**Admit Cards and Important Instructions**
The Commission has clarified that information regarding the examination city will be available on the official website, upessc.up.gov.in, starting from April 8, 2026. Furthermore, candidates will be able to download their admit cards from April 15, 2026. No candidate will be permitted to appear for the examination without a valid admit card. Candidates are advised to reach their respective examination centers well in advance and strictly adhere to all instructions.
