At the fair scheduled for October 16 at the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Aliganj, Lucknow, Hero MotoCorp Limited and Bax Energy Private Limited will recruit for a total of 800 positions. Meanwhile, a job fair will be held on October 13 at the Government Polytechnic in Vikas Nagar, Kanpur, offering opportunities for appointment to 1,628 positions across various companies. Young people who have passed the 10th or 12th grade, or hold ITI or B.Sc. qualifications, can participate in these fairs to secure jobs suited to their credentials.

**Recruitment for 800 Vacancies in Lucknow**
The job fair at the Government ITI in Aliganj, Lucknow, will commence at 10:00 AM on October 16. Two companies will offer employment opportunities to the youth: Hero MotoCorp will recruit for 300 positions, and Bax Energy for 500 positions. Thus, the Lucknow job fair will provide recruitment opportunities for a total of 800 vacancies. Interested candidates may participate in the fair based on their educational qualifications and the eligibility criteria for the respective positions.

**Recruitment for 300 Positions at Hero MotoCorp**
Hero MotoCorp will recruit for 300 positions comprising apprenticeships and internships. For the 150 ITI apprenticeship positions, young people aged 18 to 25 years from trades such as Fitter, Turner, MMV (Mechanic Motor Vehicle), Machinist, Welder, and Electrician are eligible to apply. A total of 50 men and 100 women will be selected. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹17,060.

Additionally, 150 positions have been designated for non-ITI candidates who have passed the 10th or 12th grade, under the Pradhan Mantri Internship Scheme. Opportunities will be available for 50 men and 100 women in this category. Selected candidates will receive a total of ₹23,321 per month.

**Recruitment of 500 Youths by Bax Energy**
Bax Energy Private Limited will select 500 male candidates for solar and wind energy projects. Youths aged between 18 and 35 years are eligible to participate in the recruitment drive. Candidates who have passed ITI or B.Sc. are eligible for the positions of Technician and Helper. Selected candidates will be offered a monthly CTC of ₹17,000.

**Bring Required Documents**
According to M.A. Khan, the Placement Officer at ITI Aliganj, interested candidates can attend the job fair on October 16 at 10:00 AM. Candidates must bring their educational marksheets and certificates, a photocopy of their Aadhaar card, PAN card, a copy of their bank passbook, and four passport-sized photographs.
