UP Roadways Job 2025: There is great news for the youth looking for a government job in Uttar Pradesh Roadways (UPSRTC). UPSRTC has organized a special recruitment fair for the recruitment of contract drivers, which will be held at 13 different places in the state from 25 to 29 August 2025. The objective of this fair is to make the application process easier for the candidates and give them an opportunity to complete the selection process in a single day.
Document verification and the driving test will be done on the same day.
Candidates will not only be able to apply at the recruitment fair, but their document verification and driving test will also be conducted on the same day. About 250 contract drivers will be appointed under this recruitment drive.
Qualifications and Conditions
Minimum Educational Qualification: 8th pass
Age Limit: 23 years 6 months to 58 years
License: A two-year-old valid license of a heavy vehicle driver is mandatory
Candidates of the reserved category will have to submit a caste certificate within six months. The purpose of these conditions is to ensure that the selected drivers are experienced and in accordance with road safety standards.
No need to apply online
Candidates do not need to apply online for this recruitment. Candidates can apply directly by visiting their nearest designated place. At the same time, document verification and driving tests will also be conducted on the same day. Candidates successful in this process will be sent to Kanpur for the next stage of examination and training.

The process of driving test, document verification and preliminary selection will be completed on the same day at each site. Candidates are advised to appear at the center on time on the scheduled date.
