How much will the salary be?
This is a contract job, meaning there's no fixed salary. You'll be paid at a rate of ₹2.06 per kilometer. If a driver works at least 22 days per month for two consecutive months, they'll receive an additional leave bonus of ₹1,500 and a monthly bonus of ₹3,000. If a driver dies while on duty, their family will receive an immediate compensation of ₹7.5 lakh.
What are the required qualifications?
If you want to become a contract driver with UP Roadways, you must have at least passed the sixth grade. You must be at least 23 years and 6 months old by December 1, 2025. There's no upper age limit. People up to 50 years of age can apply. Additionally, a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving license is required. A learning license will not be accepted. Candidates must have at least two years of experience driving a heavy vehicle (bus/truck). Their eyesight must be good and they must not be color blind.

- Four recent passport-size photographs (white background).
- A blank white sheet of paper and a blue/black pen.
- If you have a PSV badge, bring a copy of it as well; you'll get bonus points.
