Job Fairs to be Held Across Districts; Commencing March 25
The recruitment of female conductors for UP Roadways is to be facilitated through a series of job fairs. Women who have passed the 12th grade are eligible to apply; selection will be based on merit.

Candidates must be affiliated with either the National Rural Livelihoods Mission or the UP Skill Development Mission. Candidates holding an NCC 'B' certificate, an NSS or Scout & Guide certificate, or the President's Medal will be awarded an additional weightage of 5 percent. Selection will be based on merit, with the merit list being compiled based on the marks obtained in the 12th-grade examinations.
