Why was this decision necessary?
Over the past few years, police recruitment processes have been consistently delayed. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, exam postponements, and administrative reasons, recruitments could not be completed on time. This had a direct impact on young people who had been preparing for police recruitment for years. Despite their hard work, including running, physical training, and written exams, their dreams remained unfulfilled once they crossed the age limit.
