UP Police SI Recruitment 2025: Now is the last chance for the youth waiting for Uttar Pradesh Police Sub-Inspector (SI) Recruitment 2025. In this big recruitment released by UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB), applications have been sought for a total of 4543 posts. The application process started on 12 August 2025, and now it will be closed on 11 September 2025. Candidates who have not been able to apply yet can immediately fill the form by visiting www.upprpb.in.
Seven lakh youth filled the form
So far, about seven lakh candidates have applied for UP Police SI recruitment. The board estimates that this number will increase further before the last date. After the completion of the application process, the board will soon announce the exam date. It is believed that the written examination can be held in December 2025.

Under this recruitment drive, there are 4242 posts for Sub-Inspector Civil Police (Female / Male), 135 posts for Platoon Commander PAC, 60 posts for Special Forces and 106 posts for Sub-Inspector Women Battalion.
Eligibility and age limit
Candidates must have a graduation degree from a recognized university. The minimum age to apply has been fixed at 21 years and the maximum age at 28 years. The special thing is that this time candidates of all categories have been given an additional relaxation of three years in the upper age limit.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written exam, document verification and physical efficiency test. The written exam will be of 400 marks, in which 160 questions will be asked. The exam time has been fixed at 120 minutes.
