During the Physical Standards Test, measurements such as height, chest circumference, and weight are recorded. The Physical Efficiency Test involves a running endurance challenge. Male candidates are required to complete a run of 4.8 kilometers within 28 minutes, while female candidates must complete 2.4 kilometers within 16 minutes.
