UP NHM Jobs: Recruitment has come out for 7401 posts of Community Health Officer in Uttar Pradesh National Health Mission (UP NHM). Online application for this has started from 28 October. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the website of UP NHRM upnhrm.gov.in. Recruitment for the post of Community Health Officer is being done on contract. Candidates selected for this post will be posted at the Health and Wellness Center for three years. A penalty of Rs 2.5 lakh will have to be paid for leaving the job before three years.

Qualification for the post of Community Health Officer

To be recruited for the post of Community Health Officer in UP NHM, one must have a BSc Nursing degree along with an Integrated Certificate Course in Community Health. Those who have done an Integrated Certificate Course in Community Health along with a Post BSc degree in Nursing are also eligible to apply.

Age Limit

The age of the candidates for the post of Community Health Officer is 21 to 40 years. Candidates of SC / ST and OBC category will get a relaxation of five years.

Salary of Community Health Officer

The Community Health Officer will get a salary of Rs 25000 per month. Along with this, a performance incentive of Rs 10,000 per month will also be given.

Selection Process

Selection for recruitment to the post of Community Health Officer will be based on written examination and document verification. The written examination will be in online mode. A total of 100 objective-type questions will be asked in this. The exam will be of two hours.
