If you do not click on this link, you will first have to go to the official website upsssc.gov.in to fill out the form.
On the homepage, under the Live Advertisement Segment, you will see the Lekhpal recruitment advertisement.
You can check the eligibility criteria here. After that, you will have to perform Applicant Authentication/Login using your PET 2025 exam registration number and password.

After logging in, in the first part of the form, you will see your personal details filled in PET-2025, such as name, father's/husband's name, mother's name, details related to being a resident of Uttar Pradesh, category, EWS, date of birth, gender, marital status, mobile number for contact, email ID, etc.
Here, you will have to fill in information related to your educational qualifications. You will see a Yes/No option. After clicking Yes, fill in information such as your board name/institution/school name/year of passing/certificate number/roll number. Also fill in the verification code.

After completing this section, the photo and signature section will appear. The photo and signature you uploaded in PET 2025 will automatically appear. You cannot make any changes to this. After viewing it, you will proceed to the next page.
Now, in the other details section, if you have any preferential qualifications, you can select the YES/NO option.

Now, at the bottom of the web page, you will see the declaration. If you agree with the declaration, select all the points, enter the verification code, and click the Save and Submit button.

After this, only the fee payment will remain. You can pay the prescribed fee according to your category using a credit card/debit card/internet banking/UPI/SBI e-challan.

After paying the application fee, your completely filled application form will be displayed. Candidates can print and download it. However, if the option to print the form is not available even after paying the fee, it means that the examination fee has not been paid correctly.
