UP Conductor Bharti 2025: The UP government has given the gift of two big recruitments in April to the candidates preparing for government jobs. The Chief Minister of the state Yogi Adityanath had announced that the process of filling 28,138 posts in the police force would be started in April.
Apart from this, as per the instructions of the Chief Minister, 5000 conductors will also be recruited in Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation. The Transport Minister said that under the recruitment process, employment fairs will be organized in various cities from 08 April to 17 April 2025.
Recruitment of 5000 conductors
This recruitment to be done as a conductor in Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation is for female candidates. As per the instructions of the Chief Minister, 5000 female candidates will be recruited as contract conductors. It is worth noting that this recruitment will be done on a contract basis.
Appointments will be done in the home district only.
Keeping in mind the convenience of women candidates, the government has given instructions that they will be appointed in the depot of their home district only. The Transport Minister said that under the recruitment process, employment fairs will be organized in various cities from 08 April to 17 April 2025. The schedule of the employment fair is as follows:
08 April: Ghaziabad, Aligarh, Bareilly, Ayodhya, Varanasi
11 April: Meerut, Etawah, Hardoi, Devipatan, Azamgarh
15 April: Saharanpur, Jhansi, Kanpur, Chitrakootdham, Banda, Prayagraj
17 April: Noida, Agra, Moradabad, Lucknow, Gorakhpur
Interested candidates will be able to apply online on the website of Transport Corporation upsrtc.com.

UP Police Recruitment Board started its preparation only after the announcement. By the end of April, a notification will be issued to start the process of direct recruitment for these posts, after which a written examination will be conducted. Under this recruitment, a total of 28,138 posts of Inspector, Constable, Jail Warder, Computer Operator, Radio Assistant Operator, and Accounts and Confidential Cadre will be filled.
The board has recently completed the process of direct recruitment for 60,244 posts of constable civil police. Recently, the Chief Minister announced that 30 thousand more recruitments will be done in the police soon.
