Under this recruitment process, 250 posts will be recruited in the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for this post should possess a full time 2 year degree/course in MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM from a University/Institute recognized by the Government of India/approved by Government regulatory bodies.
Applying candidates should be between 25 to 35 years of age.

Selection Process
The selection process will consist of an online exam, group discussion, screening of applications and/or personal interview depending on the number of applicants/eligible candidates.
Exam Pattern and Negative Marking
The paper will consist of 150 questions carrying a total of 225 marks.
The duration of the exam will be 150 minutes.
All the above exams except the English Language exam will be available in bilingual, i.e. English and Hindi.
There will be negative marking for wrong answers in the online exam. For each question wrongly answered by the candidate, one-fourth or 25% of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to make up for the correct marks.
Application Fee
The application fee is Rs 177 for SC/ST/PWD candidates and Rs 1180 for candidates belonging to all other categories. Payment can be made through Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/Mastercard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets/UPI.
