UKSSSC Recruitment 2024: Recruitment of constables for 2000 posts in Uttarakhand Police, applications will start from November 8..

There is great news for the youth dreaming of working in Uttarakhand Police. Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission i.e. UKSSSC has issued a notification for the recruitment of thousands of constable posts. Through this direct recruitment, recruitment will be done for 1600 vacant posts of Group 'C' Constable District Police (Male) and 400 vacant posts of Constable PAC / IRB (Male) i.e. a total of 2 thousand posts under Uttarakhand Police Department.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website of Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission sssc.uk.gov.in till 29 November 2024. The application process will start on 8 November. This recruitment is being organized to overcome the shortage of personnel in Uttarakhand Police. For this, the written examination will be conducted on 15 June 2025 i.e. the candidates will get 7 months to prepare for the exam.

UKSSSC Recruitment 2024: What is the selection process?

According to the official notification of the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission, the selection process for these posts of constable will be done in 2 phases. In the first phase, there will be a physical standard test, in which the physical efficiency test will be conducted for the successful candidates. After this, a written examination will be conducted in the second phase. The examination will be conducted in both offline and online mode and objective type questions will be asked in this exam.

UKSSSC Vacancy 2024: Age Limit and Educational Qualification

The age of the candidates applying for these posts should be between 18 years to 22 years. However, OBC and SC-ST category candidates of the state will get age relaxation as per the rules.

All the candidates who will apply for these posts should have at least a 12th pass educational qualification.

Uttarakhand Police Constable Recruitment 2024: Salary and Application Fee

The candidates selected for these posts will get a salary between Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100 per month under Level 3. To apply for these posts, general category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 300 and SC, ST, and EWS category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 150.
