Educational Qualification and Experience
Trade Finance Officer (JMGS-I)
MBA/PGDM (Finance/International Business/Trade Finance) with Graduation. Minimum 1 year of experience is mandatory.
Treasury Officer (MMGS-II)
Graduation + MBA/PGDM. At least 3 years of Treasury or Banking experience is required.
Chartered Accountant
CA pass from ICAI. 1 year of experience is required for JMGS-I and 3 years for MMGS-II.
IT and Technical Posts (JMGS-I)
B.Tech/B.E./MCA/M.Sc. (IT or Computer Science). Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field is required.
Data-related Posts (MMGS-II)
A degree in Data Science/IT/Statistics and at least 3 years of experience is required. Age Limit (as on January 1, 2026)
JMGS-I: 20 to 30 years
MMGS-II: 22 to 35 years
Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and 10 years for Persons with Disabilities.
Salary Scale and Allowances
Selected candidates will be offered an attractive salary scale as per the post and scale. This salary scale will be subject to annual increments as per bank rules.
JMGS-I:
Starting basic pay of ₹48,480. This will be followed by 7 annual increments at the rate of ₹2,000, 2 increments at the rate of ₹2,340, and 7 increments at the rate of ₹2,680, reaching a maximum salary of ₹85,920.
MMGS-II:
Officers will receive a salary scale starting with a basic pay of ₹64,820. This will be followed by 1 annual increment at the rate of ₹2,340 and then 10 increments at the rate of ₹2,680, reaching a maximum salary of ₹93,960.
In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will also be provided with Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, medical facilities, and other benefits as per bank rules.
