Teacher Vacancy: Good news has emerged for those aspiring to build a career in the teaching sector. The Himachal Pradesh State Selection Commission (HPRCSA) has issued an official notification for the recruitment of a total of 600 posts for Junior Basic Teachers (Job Trainees).

The online application process for the posts announced by the HPRCSA will commence on March 16 at 10:00 AM, and the deadline for submitting applications has been set for April 6. Consequently, eligible and interested candidates planning to fill out the application form may visit the official website and submit their registration forms within the stipulated timeframe.

Educational Qualifications

Applicants must have passed the 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks from a recognized institution or board, along with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.); OR possess a Graduation degree accompanied by a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education; OR have passed 10+2 with 50% marks and hold a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.); OR hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree for primary teacher recruitment. Additionally, candidates are required to have qualified for the Himachal Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (HP TET) for the JBT position.

Age Limit

The minimum age limit for applicants has been set at 18 years, and the maximum age limit at 45 years; age will be calculated as of January 1. Furthermore, applicants belonging to reserved categories will be granted relaxation in the upper age limit in accordance with applicable rules.

Selection Process

Eligible candidates will be selected based on an online written examination, a screening test, and document verification. Upon selection, the appointed applicants will receive a monthly salary of ₹18,000.

Application Fee

Applicants across all categories are required to pay an examination fee of ₹100 and a processing fee of ₹700; applications will be accepted only after these fees have been paid. Additionally, for candidates who make errors while filling out the form, a correction window to rectify mistakes will remain active from April 9 to April 16. However, candidates will be required to pay an additional fee of ₹100 to utilize this correction facility.

To apply online, candidates must first visit the official website of the Indian Navy. Once on the homepage, click on the application link relevant to the specific post. A new page will then open; register there and log in. Next, enter all the details requested in the application form. Upload all required documents, photographs, and signatures in the specified size and format. Pay the application fee. Finally, review the form and submit it. As a last step, take a printout of the application form for future reference.
