Who can apply?

First, download the official notification for your district. Print the application form carefully. Fill out the form neatly. Do not leave any column blank. Attach self-attested photocopies of all required documents. Place the entire package in a thick envelope and write your name, district, and post name on the top. Send it by registered or speed post to the district address listed in the notification. Be sure to obtain a receipt from the post office. This will serve as proof. The form should arrive on time.
