Teacher Bharti 2024: Recruitment of 13,852 Vidya Sahayak (Assistant Teacher) has come out in the primary schools of Gujarat. The last date to apply for this is 16 November 2024. Application for this recruitment has to be done by visiting the website of Gujarat State Primary Education Selection Committee (GSPESC). Recruitment for Vidya Sahayak i.e. Assistant Teacher posts will be done in primary and upper primary schools.

For this recruitment, candidates must have done a D.El.Ed / B.Ed. There are different qualifications to become a primary and upper primary teacher. Detailed information will be available in the recruitment notification.

Vacancy Details

There are 13,852 vacancies of Vidya Sahayak in Gujarat, out of which 5,000 seats are for classes 1 to 5 and 7,000 seats are for classes 6 to 8. All these recruitments will be done in Gujarati medium schools.

Application Fee

The application fee for the post of Vidya Sahayak is Rs 200 for unreserved/OBC and Rs 100 for SC/ST.

Qualification for Vidya Sahayak post

Class 1 to 5- Must have passed 12th and also done two years D.El.Ed course.

Class 6 to 8- Must have done D.El.Ed or B.Ed with Bachelor's degree.

Age Limit

For the post of Vidya Sahayak, the maximum age of the candidates should be 35 years. OBC will get three years of relaxation and SC/ST will get three years of relaxation.
