Supreme Court of India: Recruitment for 241 posts of Junior Court Assistant, see direct link

The Supreme Court of India has invited applications for the post of Junior Court Assistant. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of the Supreme Court of India, sci.gov.in. This recruitment drive will fill 241 posts in the organization.

This registration process will start on February 5 and end on March 8, 2025. Read below for eligibility, selection process, and other details.

Eligibility Criteria

The educational qualification to apply for this post is a graduation degree from a recognized university. The candidate must also have a minimum speed of 35 words per minute in English typing on a computer and knowledge of computer operation. Candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 30 years of age as of 08.03.2025.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of a written examination. The written examination will consist of objective, descriptive, and typing tests. The objective type paper will be 2 hours, typing test of 10 minutes and descriptive type paper of 2 hours.

Candidates who qualify in the objective type written test and objective type computer knowledge test will be called for typing speed test and descriptive test on computer only. Candidates who qualify in the said test will have to appear for interview before the interview board and qualify in the interview by securing minimum qualifying marks.

Application Fee

Candidates have to pay non-refundable application/examination fee and bank charges of Rs.1000/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs.250/- for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Divyang/Freedom Fighter candidates through online mode only. Fee in any other form will not be accepted. No postal application will be accepted. The fee will be paid online through the payment gateway provided by UCO Bank.
