There is some great news for the candidates wishing to work in the Rajasthan Police. Recruitment of Sub-Inspector and Platoon Commander has come out in the Rajasthan Public Service Commission, RPSC, Rajasthan Police. However, the application process for these posts has started. Once started, candidates will be able to apply by visiting the official website. More than 1000 posts will be filled through this recruitment drive.
When will the applications start?
The application process for these posts will start from August 10. Eligible and interested candidates will be able to apply for recruitment on the official website rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. Alternatively, candidates can also apply on the SSO portal sso.rajasthan.gov.in. The last date to apply for this recruitment is 8 September 2025.

What is the eligibility?
To apply for the recruitment drive, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria
The applicant must have a degree from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or any other educational institution established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature or an educational institution declared to be a deemed university under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956. Or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government in consultation with the Commission.
The applicant must have a working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
Age: The age of the applicant should not be less than 20 years and not more than 25 years as on January 1, 2026. There is relaxation in the upper age limit for reserved category candidates and female candidates. RPSC has provided a relaxation of three years to the candidates having higher age as on January 1, 2025, as per the provisions.
