SSC: There's good news for candidates appearing in the SSC MTS and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2025. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has activated the self-slot selection link on its official portal. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will provide candidates with the facility to choose their own exam date, time, and center for the computer-based examination through Self Slot Selection.

Exam Date and Slot Selection
The computer-based examination for Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2025 will be conducted from February 4, 2026. The Commission has provided candidates with the facility to choose their own exam city and date. For this, candidates need to log in to their candidate portal and select the "Slot Selection" option. This slot selection window will remain open from January 16, 2026, to January 25, 2026 (until 11 PM).

Slot Selection Rules
The option submitted by the candidates will be considered final, and no changes will be allowed. The Commission will not accept any applications in this regard. Candidates are advised to carefully select their preferred city and date while making their choice.

The City Live Exam will be conducted on January 30, 2026, and admit cards will be issued 2-3 days before the exam date. If a candidate does not select a slot, they can register their willingness to appear for the exam through the feedback module by January 28, 2026, 11 PM. Admit cards will not be issued to candidates who do not confirm through either of these options, and the Commission's decision will be final.
