Candidates who have obtained an engineering degree or are studying in the final year of engineering and want to serve the country by joining the Indian Army have a great opportunity. The last date to fill out the application form for Indian Army Short Service Commission (SSC) Tech (65TH SSC (TECH) MEN & 36th SSC (TECH) WOMEN (October 2025) recruitment is 5 February 2025. Recruitment is being done to fill a total of 381 vacant posts
Through this recruitment, appointments will be made on a total of 381 vacant posts by the Indian Army. Out of this, 350 posts are reserved for Short Service Commission 64 (Male), 29 posts for Short Service Commission 35 (Female), 1 post for SSC (Female) Technical, and 1 post for SSC (Female) Non-Technical, Non-UPSC.

Eligibility and Criteria for Recruitment
To join this recruitment, candidates must have a degree from a recognized university/ It is necessary to have an engineering degree from the institute. Along with this, candidates who are studying in the final year/semester of engineering can also join this recruitment.

Apart from educational qualification, the minimum age of the candidate should not be less than 20 years and not more than 27 years. Age relaxation will be provided as per the rules. Age will be calculated as of 10 January 2025.
