First, visit the official website of SGPGIMS.
Click on the "City Intimation Slip for CBT Exam 2026" link available in the 'Recruitment' section on the homepage.
Enter your registration or application number and password (or date of birth).
Enter the captcha code displayed on the screen and click 'Submit'.
The city intimation slip will appear on the screen.
After verifying all the details, download the PDF and keep a printout for future reference.
