Eligibility Criteria for the Senior Personal Assistant (SPA) Position
To apply for the position of Senior Personal Assistant, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
Candidates must possess proficiency in English shorthand at a speed of 110 words per minute and a computer typing speed of 40 words per minute.
The age of the candidates will be calculated as of October 1, 2026.
The age limit is set between a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 30 years. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories.

Registration Fee
Candidates are required to pay a registration fee to apply for the SPA position. Candidates from the unreserved category must pay an online registration fee of ₹1,500, while candidates from reserved categories are required to pay ₹750.

Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on a written examination, a shorthand test, a typing test, and an interview. The written examination will consist of 50 questions worth a total of 100 marks, covering subjects such as English, General Knowledge, and the Judiciary under the Constitution of India. The examination will be conducted over a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
