What is the qualification required for an SBI Manager?
To become a manager in SBI Bank, candidates must have a graduation in any subject from a recognized university as a basic qualification. Along with this, it is necessary to have an MBA (Finance) / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS (Finance) / CA / CFA / ICWA. Apart from this, candidates should have at least 3 years of experience. This experience should be in a supervisory or management role in corporate credit / high-value credit. You should also know the balance sheet, credit monitoring, etc.
How much salary will be given?
Candidates will be appointed to the post of Middle Management Grade Scale-III for the post of Manager. There will be a probation period of 6 months. In this post, candidates will get a basic salary of Rs 85,920-1,05,280. Apart from this, DA, HRA, CCA, PF, etc. will also be added separately to the salary.
