Who can apply?
Educational Qualification: Candidates holding a graduation degree from any recognized university can apply for this recruitment. Students in their final year are also eligible to apply, but they must present their degree or proof of passing at the time of the interview. Chartered Accountant (CA) candidates can also apply for this recruitment.

What is the selection process?
Candidates for the SBI PO recruitment will be selected through a three-stage process. First, a preliminary online examination will be conducted. Candidates who qualify in this stage will appear for the main examination.
The main examination will include both objective and descriptive-type questions. Candidates who qualify in the main examination will be called for a psychometric test, group exercise, and personal interview. Final selection will be based on performance across these stages.

What is the salary of an SBI PO?
The salary of an SBI PO is considered one of the most attractive packages in the banking sector. Selected candidates will receive an initial basic pay of ₹48,480. After adding allowances, the monthly in-hand salary of a newly appointed Probationary Officer can range from approximately ₹80,000 to ₹82,000. Additionally, the annual CTC is reported to be around ₹21.79 lakh for a posting in Mumbai.
