The State Bank of India (SBI) has released the interview call letters for the 2025 Probationary Officer (PO) recruitment. Candidates who qualified the SBI PO Mains exam can now download their call letters from the bank’s official career portal. Final Phase of SBI PO Selection: What Candidates Should Know

The final selection for SBI PO posts is conducted under Phase III, which evaluates the candidate’s personality, communication skills, leadership qualities and overall suitability for the role.

The process consists of three components:

1. Psychometric Test

This test helps the interview panel understand the personality traits, behavioural patterns and decision-making approach of each candidate. It is a crucial component that allows the panel to assess how well the applicant aligns with the profile of a Probationary Officer.

The psychometric report is made available to the interviewers before the final interaction.

2. Group Exercise (GE) – 20 Marks
