SBI Clerk Notification 2024: The State Bank of India (SBI) has released a notification for recruiting Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales). This recruitment is to be done for Ladakh UT including Leh and Kargil Valley (Chandigarh Circle). The notification is available on the official website. The application process has started today, 07 December. Interested candidates can apply for this recruitment by visiting the official website sbi.co.in.

Apply by 27 December
The last date to apply is 27 December 2024. Candidates will also have to pay the fee during the same period. No application form will be accepted after the last date prescribed. As per the official notice, the preliminary examination will be likely to be conducted in January 2025 and the main examination will be likely to be conducted in February 2025.

A total of 50 posts of Junior Associate (Customer Support and Sales) will be filled through this recruitment drive.

Age Limit

Not less than 20 years and not more than 28 years as of 01.04.2024, i.e. candidates should not have been born before 02.04.1996 and after 01.04.2004 (both days inclusive)

SBI Clerk Selection Process: Selection Process
The selection process will consist of an online examination (preliminary and main examination) and a test in the specified opted local language.

The official notice reads, “Candidates applying for the vacancies should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in the specified local language of the Union Territory of Ladakh. The list of languages ​​are Urdu, Ladakhi, and Bhoti (Bodhi). Test for knowledge of specified local language will be conducted as a part of the selection process. It will be conducted after passing the online main examination but before joining the Bank. Candidates who fail to qualify for this test will not be offered an appointment. Candidates who produce 10th or 12th class mark sheet/certificate of having studied the specified local language will not be required to undergo the language proficiency test."
