Sarkari Naukri: Recruitment for 9995 posts in the bank, today is the last chance
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) had earlier announced over 9,000 vacancies for Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). The application process is ongoing, and the last date to apply is today, June 27, 2024. Eligible and interested candidates who have not yet applied should do so immediately.

So many posts will be filled
A total of 9,995 posts are available in various rural banks, including roles such as Office Assistant, Officer Scale I, Officer Scale II, and Officer Scale III. There are 43 banks involved in this recruitment drive, and the selected candidates can be appointed in any of them. The selection process involves several examination stages.
Who can apply
Graduates from any stream can apply. Age limits vary as per the post: 21-40 years for Officer Scale III, 21-32 years for Officer Scale II, 18-30 years for Officer Scale I, and 18-30 years for Office Assistant Multipurpose. Reserved categories get age relaxation.
Selection Process
The selection process includes a preliminary exam followed by a main exam. Some posts also require an interview.
Salary
Rs 15,000-20,000 for Clerk, Rs 29,000-33,000 for Officer Scale I, Rs 33,000-39,000 for Officer Scale II and Rs 38,000-44,000 for Officer Scale III.
The application fee is Rs 850 for General, OBC, and EWS candidates and Rs 175 for SC, ST, and PWD candidates.
