Sarkari Naukri: Armored Vehicle Corporation Limited (AVANI) has announced recruitment in Ordnance Factory Medak. According to the notification, there are vacancies for many posts including Junior Manager, Diploma Technician, and Assistant. Recruitment for these posts will be on a contract basis. The last date to apply for this recruitment is 21 days from the publication of the advertisement in the employment newspaper.

The minimum age limit for this recruitment is 18 years and the maximum is 30 years. Age will be calculated from the release of the recruitment advertisement. OBC (non-creamy layer) will get three years and SC/ST will get five years of relaxation.

Junior Manager-30,000/-
Diploma Technician-23000/-
Assistant- 23000/-
Junior Assistant- 21000/-

Along with this, an allowance of Rs 3000 per month will be given for medical and accident insurance premiums, travel expenses, and telephone. Apart from this, a canteen facility, gratuity, etc. will also be available. If death occurs in an accident, the family will get Rs 10 lakh.

Educational Qualification

Junior Manager - First Class B.Tech degree in a relevant branch of engineering.

Diploma Technician - Candidates should have done diploma in a relevant branch of engineering.

Assistant (HR) - First class degree with one-year diploma in Personal Management / HR / Industrial Relations / PM&IR.

Assistant (Stores) - First class degree with a one-year diploma in Material Management / Supply Chain Management.

Assistant (Secretariat) - First class degree with a one-year diploma in Commercial Practice. Also, stenography and typing should be known.

Junior Assistant - Three years diploma in Commercial and Computer Practice.

Selection Process

The final selection of the candidates will be based on the interview. This interview will be of 15 marks. For this, candidates will be shortlisted based on marks obtained in the qualifying exam. The qualifying exam will be given a weightage of 85 marks.
