Sainik School Vacancy: Recruitment has been announced for the posts of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), and General Employee at Sainik School Kodagu. There are a total of five vacancies across these categories: one vacancy each for PGT Chemistry, TGT English, TGT Hindi, TGT Social Science, and General Employee.

Educational Qualifications
For the PGT Chemistry post, candidates must possess a relevant postgraduate degree with at least 50% marks and the requisite B.Ed qualification.

For TGT posts, candidates must hold a graduation degree or a four-year integrated degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks. A B.Ed qualification is also mandatory. Candidates must have qualified in CTET Paper 2 or the relevant TET, wherever applicable. They must also fulfill the subject-specific requirements outlined in the notification.

For the General Employee post, candidates must have passed the Class 10 examination or an equivalent exam from a recognized board.

Age Limit and Salary
The age limit varies by post. For PGT posts, candidates must be between 21 and 40 years of age. For TGT posts, the age limit is 21 to 35 years, while General Employee applicants must be between 18 and 50 years old.

Selected candidates will receive a salary in accordance with the 7th Pay Commission. PGT candidates will receive an entry pay of Rs 47,600 per month, while TGT candidates will receive Rs 44,900. The entry pay for the General Employee post is Rs 18,000 per month.

Application Fee
General and OBC candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 500, while SC and ST candidates must pay Rs 350.
Candidates must send the filled-out application form, along with the necessary documents, via Speed ​​Post or Registered Post.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test, a skill test, and an interview. Candidates are advised to carefully review the official notification before submitting their applications.
