Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is recruiting eligible candidates for the posts of Management Trainee on its official website. Management Trainee vacancies are available in various engineering disciplines including Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, and others for SAIL plants/units and mines across India. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for the recruitment drive for a total of 249 vacancies on or before July 25, 2024.
Note that the candidates must appear in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering GATE-2024 exam.

SAIL MT Recruitment 2024: Educational Qualification
The applicant must possess a degree with 65% marks (average of all semesters irrespective of the weightage given to a particular year/semester by the institute/university) in any of the eight engineering disciplines of Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical and Metallurgy. Candidates must possess a valid GATE 2024.
Age Limit
The upper age limit allotted to candidates is 28 years as of July 25, 2024.
Salary
Candidates selected for Management Trainee (Technical) will be paid a basic pay of Rs 50,000 per month in the pay scale of Rs 50,000-1,60,000/- per month. On successful completion of one year of training, they will be placed in the pay scale of Rs 60,000-1,80,000.
