RSSB LDC Vacancy: The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has released the notification for Lower Division Clerk recruitment. Under this recruitment drive, 1064 vacant posts of LDC will be filled. Passing the 12th-level CET 2024 is mandatory for this recruitment. This means that only candidates who have passed the 12th-level CET exam can apply. The application process for this recruitment will run from January 15th to February 13th.
The Lower Division Clerk main examination will be held on July 5th and 6th, 2026. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their CET score.
Rajasthan Staff Selection Board Chairman Alok Raj has clarified that there have been no changes to the syllabus for the LDC recruitment main examination.

Junior Assistant - 9806 (Department of Administrative Reforms, State Subordinate Departments/Offices)
Junior Assistant - 600 (Directorate of Agricultural Marketing, Agricultural Produce Market Committee)
Junior Assistant - 98 (Rajasthan State Agricultural Marketing Board)
Junior Assistant - 50 Rajasthan Pollution Control Board
Clerk Grade II - 84 (Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan)
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for LDC recruitment is 40 years. Relaxation will be provided to reserved category candidates as per rules.
Age Relaxation of One to Three Years
Previously, in the Clerk Grade II/Junior Assistant Combined Direct Recruitment 2024 for the Rajasthan Public Service Commission and the Department of Administrative Reforms through the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, the age was calculated as of January 1, 2025. All applicants for these departments will be given an additional one year of age relaxation.
Similarly, due to no recruitment in the last three years as per the departmental rules of the Rajasthan Pollution Control Board and the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, an additional age relaxation of up to three years will be applicable for these departments.
Educational Qualification
Eligibility for LDC Recruitment
12th pass with a DOEACC O Level course is required. Candidates must have completed a Certificate Course on Computer Concepts from NIELIT, New Delhi, or an equivalent course.
Application Fee
The application fee is ₹600 for General category candidates and OBC/EWS candidates belonging to the creamy layer.
The application fee is ₹400 for OBC/EWS candidates from Rajasthan belonging to the non-creamy layer, and for SC and ST candidates. The application fee is also ₹400 for all candidates with disabilities.
