RSMSSB Forest Guard & Forester Recruitment 2025: Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) is soon going to issue a notification for recruitment to a total of 742 posts of Forest Guard and Forester. Out of these, 483 posts of Forest Guard and 259 posts of Forester are included.

The board shared information on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) that the detailed advertisement for this recruitment will be uploaded on the official website soon.

These educational qualifications are necessary.

For Forest Guard posts, the candidate must have passed Intermediate, and they will have to pass the CET 12th level examination. At the same time, for the post of Forest Guard, the candidates must have passed matriculation from a recognized board.

10th pass for Forest Guard (Forest Guard)

12th pass + CET for Forester (Forester)

This will be the age limit.

For Forest Guard posts, the age of the candidate should be between 18 and 40 years. The age limit for the post of forest guard is 18 to 24 years.

For Forest Guard 18 years to 24 years
For Forester 18 years to 40 years
This will be the pay scale
For the post of Forester, the pay scale is Pay Matrix Level-8, while for the post of Forest Guard, the pay scale is Pay Matrix Level-4.

Application fee
The OTR fee for the application has been kept different for each category. OBC/MBC candidates of the general category and creamy layer category will have to pay a fee of Rs 600. At the same time, the fee for applicants of the non-creamy layer category OBC/MBC, economically weaker section (EWS), Scheduled Caste (SC), and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories of Rajasthan is Rs 400. Apart from this, all Divyangjan applicants will also have to pay a fee of Rs 400.

After this, register by filling in the required details, uploading the required documents and submitting the form by paying the prescribed fee.
