RRB Group D: RRC Jaipur has released the schedule for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for recruitment to various Railway Group-D (Level-1) posts. Based on the Computer-Based Test (CBT), 2,373 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for the PET. The PET for these candidates will be conducted from July 29, 2026, to August 1, 2026.

According to the notification issued by the Railway Recruitment Board, the results of candidates selected based on the CBT were declared on July 1, 2026. Following this, the PET will now be conducted as the next stage of the recruitment process.

**Exam to be held in Ajmer**
The Physical Efficiency Test will be conducted at G.L.O. Ground, ADSA Stadium, near the DRM Office, Mall Road, Ajmer-305001. Candidates appearing for the test will be informed via SMS and email on their registered mobile numbers and email IDs.

Additionally, candidates will be able to download their call letters from the official website of the Railway Recruitment Cell. Candidates are advised to periodically check the official website, rrcjaipur.in, for the latest updates regarding the recruitment process.

**Separate criteria for male and female candidates**
According to the guidelines issued by the Railways, distinct physical efficiency criteria have been set for male and female candidates for the PET.

**For male candidates**

*   Must carry a weight of 35 kg for a distance of 100 meters within 2 minutes without putting it down.
*   Must complete a 1000-meter run in 4 minutes and 15 seconds.

**For female candidates**

*   Must carry a weight of 20 kg for a distance of 100 meters within 2 minutes without putting it down.
*   Must complete a 1000-meter run in 5 minutes and 40 seconds.

The Railways has clarified that detailed information regarding the PET is available in Para 14.02 of the recruitment notification, which candidates should read carefully. **Advice to beware of fraudulent agents and middlemen**
The Railway Recruitment Cell has warned candidates to remain vigilant against middlemen and agents who promise jobs fraudulently. The department has clarified that railway appointments are made solely based on qualifications and merit, and no individual, organization, or agent has the authority to secure appointments.

The Railways has stated that candidates should not fall prey to anyone demanding money or any other form of benefit in exchange for a job. In such instances, a candidate's candidature may be cancelled, and legal action may be initiated against the individuals involved.
