RPSC Teacher Recruitment 2024: Rajasthan Public Service Commission has announced the release of recruitment notification for Senior Teacher posts for the year 2024. The detailed advertisement is available on the official website of RBSC (rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in). The application process for this recruitment will start on 26 December and will run till 24 January.
The commission has released a notification for a total of 2129 vacancies for school teachers, out of which 288 vacancies are for Hindi subject, 327 for English, 694 for Mathematics, 350 for Science, 88 for Social Science, 309 for Sanskrit, 64 for Punjabi and 9 for Urdu.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Graduation or equivalent examination recognized by UGC with relevant subjects. Must have practical knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture. Age Limit: The age of the candidates applying for this recruitment should be between 18 to 40 years as of January 1, 2026. Apart from this, the upper age limit will be relaxed for reserved category candidates.
Exam Pattern
The recruitment exam will consist of two exams, namely Paper I and Paper II. Paper I will be of 200 marks and Paper II will be of 300 marks.
Paper I will have 100 multiple choice questions and the duration of the question paper will be 2 hours. Paper II will have 150 multiple choice questions and the duration of the question paper will be 2 hours 30 minutes. Negative marking will be applicable in both papers. For every wrong answer, one-third of the marks assigned to that particular question will be deducted.
Application Fee (Registration Fee)
General/Unreserved category candidates will have to pay Rs 600 as an exam fee, while SC/ST/OBC/PwBD and other reserved category candidates will have to pay Rs 400 at the time of application.
