RPSC SI Recruitment Re-Exam: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has made an important announcement regarding the re-examination for the SI Recruitment-2021. The Commission has granted provisional permission to all candidates who had originally applied for the 2021 recruitment to appear in the upcoming re-examination.
This re-examination is scheduled for September 20, 2026. Candidates wishing to appear for the exam must update the necessary information in their applications within the stipulated timeframe.
When and how should the application be updated?
According to the Commission, candidates will be able to modify their applications from July 8, 2026, to July 22, 2026. However, candidates who have already updated their applications in accordance with the press note issued on May 8, 2026, will not need to make any further changes.
After completing the modifications, candidates must accept the self-declaration displayed on the screen and finalize the submission by verifying it via an OTP sent to their registered mobile number. Failure to complete this process will result in the application not being accepted.
What details can be modified in the application?
The Commission has clarified that candidates will only be able to modify specific information.
Changes can be made to the following details:
Mobile number
E-mail ID
Correspondence address
Live photo
Thumb impression
Signature
No changes can be made to the following information:
Age
Educational qualification
Reservation-related entries
All these details will remain valid as per the original application.
What must be done before updating the application?
Before modifying the application, candidates must complete the KYC process within their One-Time Registration (OTR). As part of this, candidates must:
Upload a live photo.
Upload a thumb impression.
Upload a signature.
Subsequently, candidates can log in using their SSO ID, navigate to the 'My Recruitment' section, and update their application.
What to do if the OTR has already been migrated or if a technical issue arises? If a candidate's OTR has been migrated from an old SSO ID to a new one, they can use the 'Fetch Application Form' option.
If any technical issues arise while transferring the application to the new SSO ID or OTR, candidates may lodge a complaint on the Commission's Candidate Grievance Portal by July 15, 2026.
What changes have been made to the recruitment eligibility and syllabus?
The Commission has clarified that all conditions regarding recruitment eligibility will remain applicable as before.
Eligibility will be determined in accordance with the original advertisement issued on February 3, 2021, and the corrigendum dated June 7, 2021.
The examination syllabus will apply as per the press note issued on May 22, 2026.
