Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has issued a notification for the recruitment of Sub-Inspector Telecom posts in the state (RPSC SI Telecom Vacancy 2024). With the release of the notification, the application dates for this recruitment have also been announced. The recruitment process will be started by RPSC on November 28. Interested and eligible candidates will be able to fill out the form by visiting the official website of RPSC sso.rajasthan.gov.in or SSO portal sso.rajasthan.gov.in as soon as the application for SI posts starts.

To apply for this recruitment, the candidate must have passed B.Sc with Physics and Mathematics subjects from an institute established by law in India or BE / B.Tech from Telecommunication / Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent eligibility. Apart from educational qualification, the minimum age of the candidate should not be less than 20 years and the maximum age should not be more than 25 years. Age relaxation has been given to the reserved category as per the rules. Keep in mind that the age will be calculated as of 1 January 2025.
Application Process
In this recruitment, the application form can be filled only through online mode by visiting the official website of RPSC or SSO portal. Forms will not be accepted in any other way. Along with filling the application form, candidates are required to deposit the prescribed fee. The application fee for candidates from General and other states has been fixed at Rs 600, Rs 400 for OBC, SC, ST and BC categories. Candidates will have to pay an additional charge of Rs 500 for making corrections in the application form.
Syllabus
To be selected in this recruitment, the candidates will first have to go through a competitive examination. In the examination, questions will be asked for 200-200 marks from General Hindi and General Knowledge and General Science subjects. To be selected in this examination, it will be mandatory to get a minimum of 36 percent and a total of 40 percent aggregate marks in different subjects. SC / ST category will be given a relaxation of 5 percent in the upper marks. 20 times the number of candidates recruited through written examination will be shortlisted for the next stage.
