RPSC notifications 2025: Who can apply?

RPSC School Lecturer Selection: How will the selection be done?
To get selected in this recruitment, you will have to go through three steps. First of all, you will have to give a written exam. There will be two papers in it, which will test your academic and general knowledge. There will be a Physical Efficiency and Standard Test (PET & PST) under which physical fitness will be tested. After this, there will be personal interviews. In this, your communication skills, confidence, and subject knowledge will be tested. There will be document verification in which all educational and other certificates will be checked. Lastly, there will be a medical test, which will be done to check that you are physically fit for the job.

The exam will be conducted in two papers, and both will have objective-type questions.
Paper-1: History of Rajasthan and India: Focus on the history of Rajasthan, the freedom struggle, and major events.
Mental Ability Test: Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Basic Maths.
Current Affairs: National and international events, especially related to Rajasthan.
General Science, Indian Politics, and Geography of Rajasthan: Basic concepts of science, the Constitution of India, and geographical features of Rajasthan.
Educational Management: School administration and teaching policies.

Paper-2: Senior Secondary Level Subject Knowledge: School-level knowledge of your chosen subjects, like Hindi, English, Maths, Science, etc.
Graduation Level Subject Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of your graduation subject.
Post-Graduation Level Subject Knowledge: Advanced knowledge in the subject of specialization.
Educational Pedagogy and Teaching-Learning: Teaching techniques, classroom management, and methods of teaching students.
